Overview
These terms are written for a platform used by service businesses to keep operational work moving across intake, dispatch, field execution, and follow-through.
They set practical expectations: who is responsible for what, what conduct is not allowed, how customer data is handled inside the service, and what limits apply to platform liability.
01
Using the service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Opzerva platform. By accessing or using the service, the customer agrees to these terms on behalf of itself and its authorized users.
Opzerva provides software for running service operations. It does not perform the customer's field work, make operational decisions for the customer, or replace the customer's obligation to manage its business lawfully and responsibly.
02
Accounts and responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of account information, the security of credentials, and the activity of users operating under the customer's account environment.
- Use the service only through authorized users.
- Keep account credentials secure and avoid sharing login access inappropriately.
- Manage internal permissions and remove access when staff or vendors no longer need it.
- Use the platform in compliance with applicable law, customer obligations, and any notice or consent requirements tied to communications or data collection.
03
Acceptable use restrictions
Customers may not misuse the service or use it in ways that put the platform, other customers, or third parties at risk.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, interference, scraping, reverse engineering, or service disruption.
- Do not upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, harmful, or malicious content.
- Do not use the platform to impersonate others, violate privacy rights, or send communications the customer is not permitted to send.
- Do not use the service in a way that exceeds the customer's licensed or authorized use.
04
Customer data and service changes
As between Opzerva and the customer, the customer remains responsible for the data it or its users submit to the platform. The customer grants Opzerva the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that data in order to provide the service.
We may update, maintain, repair, or improve the platform over time. Features may evolve as the product changes, and we may take reasonable action to protect security, performance, or service integrity.
05
Availability, suspension, and termination
We work to keep the platform available and reliable, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, incidents, third-party outages, or security events may affect access from time to time.
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, investigate misuse, respond to legal process, or address material violations of these terms. Customers may stop using the service at any time, subject to any applicable commercial arrangements or service commitments.
06
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. Opzerva disclaims warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, Opzerva is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or data arising from use of or inability to use the service.
07
Updates and contact
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time as the platform or its legal requirements evolve. When we do, we will update the date on this page and publish the revised version here.
