Overview
Opzerva is used to keep office intake, dispatch decisions, field updates, and follow-through attached to the same operating record. That means privacy has to account for business records, customer context, technician activity, and the technical signals needed to run the platform securely.
This policy describes the categories of information we handle, why we handle them, when information may be shared, and how we approach retention and protection across that shared operational flow.
01
Information we collect
We collect information that businesses and their users provide when they create accounts, configure the service, manage jobs, coordinate technicians, communicate with customers, or request support.
- Business profile details such as company name, contact information, and account configuration.
- Operational records such as customer names, addresses, job details, scheduling data, notes, messages, and follow-up activity.
- User-level information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and role or access settings.
- Technical information such as browser type, device signals, IP address, log data, and usage activity needed to operate and secure the platform.
02
How we use information
We use collected information to deliver, operate, maintain, support, and improve the Opzerva service.
- Provide account access and role-based workflows.
- Support dispatch, scheduling, technician coordination, and operational follow-up.
- Deliver service-related communications and record activity tied to jobs or customer interactions.
- Protect the platform, detect misuse, troubleshoot incidents, and maintain reliability.
- Understand product usage and improve features, reporting, and workflow quality.
03
How information is shared
We do not position Opzerva as a data-selling business. We may share information only when needed to operate the platform, support customer workflows, or comply with legal obligations.
- With the business account and its authorized users.
- With service providers that help host, secure, maintain, or support the platform.
- With communication or infrastructure partners when needed to deliver the requested service workflow.
- When required by law, legal process, or a valid request from public authorities.
- When reasonably necessary to protect the rights, security, or integrity of the service, our customers, or others.
04
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain business records, support legitimate operational needs, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. Even with those measures, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
05
Choices, updates, and contact
Customers are responsible for reviewing and updating the account information they control. Where applicable, communication preferences and internal user access should be managed by the business account owner or authorized administrators.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our service or practices evolve. When we do, we will publish the updated version here and revise the effective date shown on this page.
